Right of withdrawal

This is a translation of the German withdrawal instructions, which are the binding version.

Withdrawal instructions

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day of the conclusion of the contract.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us — Domenic Moran, Heidelberger Str. 36, 12059 Berlin, Germany, dartile@menucloud-berlin.de, +49 30 767 645 46 — by means of a clear statement (e.g. a letter sent by post or an e-mail) of your decision to withdraw from this contract. You may use the model withdrawal form below, but it is not obligatory.

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.

Consequences of withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse to you all payments received from you without undue delay and in any event not later than fourteen days from the day on which we are informed about your decision to withdraw. We will carry out such reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in no event will you be charged any fees for such reimbursement.

When the right expires early

Dartile Plus is a digital service. Your right of withdrawal expires under § 356 (5) of the German Civil Code if we have begun to perform the contract after you have

• expressly consented to us beginning performance before the withdrawal period ends, and
• confirmed your awareness that you thereby lose your right of withdrawal.

Those are the two checkboxes above the order button on the Dartile Plus page. Without both of them there is no order — and without an order, nothing is unlocked and nothing is charged.

If you want to withdraw from the contract, please fill in this form and send it back. One e-mail with the same content does the job just as well.

Bought through the App Store or Google Play?

Then your contract is with Apple or Google, and their terms apply to refunds. Apple handles refund requests at reportaproblem.apple.com, Google in the Play Store under payments and subscriptions. We cannot refund a purchase that we never received.

Ending a subscription is a different matter from withdrawing: for that, use Cancel contracts here.
