Dispute resolution

The European Commission's online dispute resolution platform was shut down on 20 July 2025 (Regulation (EU) 2024/3228), so there is no longer a link to place here.

We are neither obliged nor willing to take part in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board. That is not unfriendliness: a complaint by e-mail reaches a person who can decide, and it does so in a day rather than in months.
