Bought in the App Store or on Google Play?

Then the cancellation runs through that store's subscription settings, and only there: a subscription billed by Apple or Google cannot be ended by us. On an iPhone under Settings, your name, Subscriptions; on Android in Google Play under payments and subscriptions.

This form is for the contract taken out on dartile.de — that one is with us, and we end it.

What happens next

You immediately receive a confirmation by e-mail with the content of your cancellation and the time it arrived. Your access remains until the end of the period you paid for. After that the online functions switch off, and everything that runs on your device keeps working as before — free, as always.

An informal e-mail to dartile@menucloud-berlin.de is just as effective. The button is the more convenient way, not the only one. The details are in the terms.
