Delete account

What gets deleted

Your account consists of an e-mail address, the display name you chose and the matches you played over the network. All of it goes. What never left your phone — your games, your statistics, your settings — is not ours to delete; it disappears when you uninstall the app.

How it works

We do not delete anything on this form alone. A form that removes an account on request would be a weapon: anyone who knows your address could use it. So we write to the address you enter, and the deletion happens once you confirm there.

You will hear from us within 72 hours, at the latest within 30 days — the period Art. 12 (3) GDPR allows. If nothing arrives, check your spam folder and otherwise write to dartile@menucloud-berlin.de.

A paid subscription?

Deleting the account does not cancel a subscription bought in the App Store or Google Play — those are cancelled in the store. A subscription taken out on this website is cancelled with Cancel contracts here. What we do with your data is described in the privacy policy.
